I don't see the point of using CF for a DH bike. If you can buy a new one for everytime it hits a rock it's okay, but otherwise I prefer aluminum, wich will just dent.

sweet idea but carbon on a dh bike gust doesn't seem safe i also question how long the frame would last before it gets weakened. im on the metal frame band wagon even in an xc bike i just think its not worth the extra money for essentially a plastic frame. i will give gt props for being ahead of the curve and making a B.A. bike

@cycleryde The frame or entire bike? A romanian works 12 hours a day , 5 days a week, to earn 400 euros a month, so no way in getting this for Christmas :(. True, some earn 10 000 euros a month or 1,3 millions a year, but does are exceptions.
