  • Wow!!! Nice Super Elevations. Looks so life-like, especially at 2:30 Great Job!!!

  • Thanks!

  • Wow. Your name is conrail forevr and you have almost no conrail on your layout! What's with the Christmas lights? Did you decide to do a little Christmas light railroading?

  • The Christmas lights help to even out the lighting of the room.

  • Could almost hear the wheel squeal!!!

  • What manafacturer did you get you AC4400 from? Atlas? Kato? Athearn? BLI? I have the same exact AC4400 from Athearn. No Union Pacific manifest is complete without it.GREAT LAYOUT!!!

  • Thanks! My UP AC4400CCTE is from the Athearn Genesis series, road number being 5817.

  • nice!

  • Thanks!

  • Nice setup! I know it had to take a while to get all those cars and engines. Makes me want to get my HO stuff back out and play with it. It just takes up so much room.

  • Thanks!

  • wow nice layout how long did it take you to build it up to where it is now?

  • Thanks! It took about 500 hours of work to get it to the status it's at now. I want to put some time into touching up the ballast sometime soon.

  • You don't often see modelers accurately modeling the bank angles of curves! Fantastically done! Did you guys just sand down the inner part of the roadbed before laying the track to achieve this?

  • We used small copper wire under the outside rail to recreate the effect of superelevation.

  • Got to love that layout video!

  • Yeah, that you do.

  • That's a nice looking layout!

  • Thanks, Trey! Hopefully I'll be able to keep making it look better and better!

  • it looks great

  • 5 Stars!

  • Thanks!

  • Outstanding layout Cody!!! A definite 5 *****. Started on 1 a few years ago but had to put it up with my apartment being too small.

  • Thanks, Alan!

  • Awesome layout & trains!

  • Thanks, Greg!

  • so this is youre own layout. it is very cool.

  • Thanks!

  • thanks for the inspiration!!

  • Any time, Mal!

  • you really are of genius quality aren't you?

    5*****5

  • Thanks a lot, Mr. Morehouse!

  • Whow! Incredibal layout! I can't wait to see more!

  • Thanks!

  • Thanks, Erik! Hopefully I will be able to upload a few more videos of the Layout and TRS that I've caught up on trackside videos.

  • alsome cody and i was wondering if you can look at my new vid about my loco EMD GP40

  • Thanks, Chris! As far as you GP40 is concerned, I believe ROCKDOG is on the right track. Either that or if you were painting the car body while still attached to the motor, then you may have gotten paint in the gears.

  • you are brilliant. i thought you couldnt possibly have a nice layout since you spend so much time trackside, but no, its worthy of the pages of MRR!

  • Thanks! Most of the work on the layout comes in the winter, when I'm trackside less and don't have much else to do.

  • lookin good 5 stars from me

  • Thanks!

  • Nice job Cody, looks good, alot of different shots and angles, 5 stars

  • Thanks, Kodi!

  • Awesome! I still cant get over your layout!

  • Haha, thanks, Cory!

  • LOOKS GOOD

  • Thanks!

  • is this your own or a clubs?

  • This is mine; My dad and I built it in our basement.
