AWESUM. Ive heard this driver makes a huge difference in bass over the stock sub. How much was / where did you get this from? the cheapest ive seen them for is £39.99, but thats the old version of the RE8 and i prefer the new one lol. Also would you say theres much performance difference between the two versions?

I got mine from amazon gor 62.84 USD. My friend xxtortionxx he has the older version of the sub me and him just did a video on ours. They both have the same power handling but just different design

Hey barevids. There is a performance difference. For one, this one has a greater cone area. Another is that the new one has more layers on the voice coil then the old one. It also is a flat wind coil. Definatly get the new version

Well, so in usd that is... 73 BUCKS?!?!?! Thats outrageous. My NEW version (rex) cost me 50 bucks (33£) and the old one about 40 bucks (26£). I got mine from mobilesoundworks site. Like I said, I got mine for 33 euro. Its very worth it.

Oh really? That's sick! I want to get a 10 or 12 for my room, but I don't know how to power it. I know of the computer psu thing, but I don't know how good of one I'd have to have to make the sub hit hard. This Altec Lansing 251 subwoofer just doesn't hit hard enough for my liking

I have 2 12s in a box but no amp or PSU. All you need to look at is the quality of the PSU and how many amps runs.
