People always complain about affirmative action, but white men had and still have affirmative action. The only difference is that white men's AA is so powerful it doesn't have to be written into law.

His reasons were not valid. NAACP was formed in part to stop the widespread lynching of blacks, esp. the men. Also colored ppl applies to Polynesian. Affirmative action was set in motion for qualified blacks and white women to be hired. Whereas before the status quo was to hire white men only.

People always complain about affirmative action, but white men had and still have affirmative action. The only difference is that white men's AA is so powerful it doesn't have to be written into law.

During this recession more white men were laid off but more white women were retained because they were cheaper labor (white women on average earn less than white men).
