1) looks more like business class, than first, but you are right Singapore Airlines cabin layout in FC is 2 2 2 and RAFFLES Class 2 3 2, 2) it will take longer to prepare and stowe the bed than 40 min. so I agree, there is absolutely no reason fo 40 min. First Class flight 3) on such a short hauls there is no First usually.. normally only on long hauls.. 4) the breakfast is crap for First Class

This is business not first! It is not a 777 it is a 747 or a 757. They simply use the first class ticket sometimes because business and first share a counter in some airports.

singapore airline is the bench mark for commercial airlines around the globe. i have travelled with ANA, Japan Airline, Korean air, Qantas, Virgin, United, Air China, Cathay Pacific and Thai before I flied with singapore, it has been the only airline i am flying with ever since. The food menus from Houston-Moscow-Singapore was not what I expected from Singapore Airlines. They served hamburger with a big old meat patty like an orange size. Steamed rice and chicken were so sweet like desert. I like Singapore airline but I am not crazy about their menu.
