5 stars! I love palms and the west end of Van. is the Riviera of Canada. The first planting of Palms at English Bay was on the island at Beach & Pacific in April 1990. Every palm you see there was donated by the PNW Palm & Exotic Plant Society. We convinced the city that certain species of palms actually thrive here. They let us go ahead with it and every ywar after more palms were added. Cheers to ya for including palms in your vid.
