how do you know you have the HTC Fastbooters istalled??? I've installed it like 5 times and i keep getting an error saying "Your device super sonic with HBOOT 2.18.0001 is not supported at this time". what does that mean. how do i go on from there.

I have never done anything like this before, but this video walked me through it and I was able to do it all by myself. I didn't even have to ask my software engineer husband to help me :). However, one thing that got me stuck for a while, when I wrote down the serial number, I added a 'c' after the 'ht", I guess out of habit. That through me for awhile. Double check your serial number if your beta key code doesn't work.

When I tried to unzip the revolutionary file, my antivirus software flagged it as a virus. "Elf:LOOTER-H [PUB]". I stopped the process after that.

@latinouss00 your computer's winrar installation is asking you that, not the program. Use 7zip, it's free and does the same thing.

Yes, did you not read the "Android 2.3.3" part on the first part of the video? You have to make sure you have Debugging mode enabled, and install the HTC fastboot drivers.
