This is my uncles hotel...he desgined, helped build it and he works there.... he has 3 appartments 1 west and 2 south wing of the hotel also he has an appartment at grosvenor house. He has lived in dubai 5 years also ive been dubai 9 times..atlantis dubai 4 times and grosvenor 3 (my uncle works in lost chambers)
yes,it really looks like a magical place,but behind that magic all is not well.Dubai is bankrupt,(thank god for their neighbors),and many of the projects have been put on hold,or abandoned.Real-estate has crashed,prices are dropping,and still no one is buying.Go have a walk at the palm islands,it is deserted,well almost.
