That's a Land Cruiser not a Jeep. Axial didn't make rock crawler parts when that truck was built so nope.

What axles are you running on these and how well do they hold up?

These are Tamiya TLT and High-Lift axles (same basic internals) They hold up good and there are many upgrade options for total bombproofing @ rcpcrawlers.

if you have a 3 channel radio, you can use a small servo to trigger a micro switch. that's what i used for the hilux.

1.9 Rock Claws with short wheelbase.....with a heavy halfcab???? It's not as capable on certain obstacles.

I am not referring to its capability I am talking about the lines it was taking. The driver continually drove the side of the cab into V's which would destroy a cab in real life. You always straddle a V-groove obstacle like that, the cruiser was doing it right. I love the bed and the lantern is funny. Once I am finished with my drivetrain, I will start working on the body for realism like yours :)

actually it's 574mm. i was hoping to have the escalade body ready for this video, but i couldn't find any candy orange metalflake paint. the wheel spinners came out nice, and hopefully you can see them in the next vid. i also mounted four drift car scale mufflers with led's in the tips sticking out of the top of the hood. it's badass!

you should use TLT axles. more realistic than clod, and they use driveshafts just like the 1:1's.

Those trucks are set up perfectly, and what a great spot to drive them. My cfnn has been down for about a month now due to a water fouled evx esc. : I Maybe I'll get it fixed soon. Anyways, really nice video. Five stars!

This Tuesday might be a little lite but usually there are about 5 to 9 of us that usually meet there every Tuesday and sometimes Thursdays as well. I am still waiting for my confermation email. Believe me lights help a lot. Some of the guys in our group use RAM lights some are home made light sets also.

Yes, we have 2 TA-01 Toyota's (one is mine) sometimes I run my F350, also 3 or 4 Axials, a PTI Goliath, Modified wheely King,a Tlt based crawler, a few tubers,and I just finished my home made truck.
