ugh... I hate shooting games where you simply hit everything that moves, in this case you shouldn't shoot 3 targets, but it's still the same, I like metroid the best because instead of shooting all the time there are also some puzzle elements, heck even the boss fights require thinking.

I think your would of been better off with the PC version of Left 4 Dead. I spent about the same amout of time with the PC demo as I did with the console version and I found the PC one way better. That is true will all of valves games. But in the case of Left 4 Dead it would be only a matter of time before either version gets old.
