  • WTF! This is unbelievable, those who past the motion on this did to much drugs back in the sixties.

Forget what i said - it was feminists !!!!

  • The whole child-support thing is fucked up, but I think it's a result of sexism against women. Specifically, the belief that women are stupid and can't support themselves, so *must* be supported by men. I'm not trying to justify this bullshit at all! I'm for equality between the sexes, in all situations.

  • At least the kid is with the father. Single fathers raise children way better than single moms.

  • @xenomorph1997 Evidence?

  • @xenomorph1997 I'd think they're probably equally good at it on average.

  • $8000? Holy shit. I get by on $2000 or less every month. Wtf!

  • The next two generations of children are going to lash back so hard when they learn what their mothers have done to their lives once they grow up into adults.

  • @TheWarbirdPhoenix my mom did the same thing to my dad and once i learned about it i was sooo fuckin pissed.

  • @TheWarbirdPhoenix

I have predicted the same thing for a few years now.. It's called "enjoy Sharia law bitches"... And yes, UK men are going to the Sharia courts for divorces,as the Islamic courts are more supportive of mens rights...

  • We need to pull together as men and make this a civil rights issue. The courts, the judges, the lawyers, the women, none of them will do anything to help us. Why? Because they are PROFITING from it. In the past, a man was guaranteed life, liberty, and property, which included his children (oh no, faux pas!) Well, god darnit, it the gov't is denying me at least 50% of my child's time and 10% of my money -- then screw them -- they are interfering with my CIVIL RIGHTS!

  • @dbvannify hey brother im ready there are alot of issues that need it to be addressed in this country

  • Another day in western society.

  • Maybe we should have a category for deadbeat moms on register her.com.

  • My brother was married to an evil harpie at 22. We all warned him but he was in love. As soon as she was pregnant, she was outa there, and though he's never been a deadbeat dad in any way, she has screwed him in every way possible, and my brother hasn't seen his now 16 year old son since he was 6 months old. She gets away with every stunt she pulls, and my brother was almost jailed because he lost his job in 2008 and was less than a month late one time in his child support.

  • well jon cryer is an asshat he played a doormat on the show he probably wasnt acting much. jeez what a crappy situation

  • Nearly $100k a year tax-free is a pretty good racket.

  • Thank you Bernard. When women are screwed over by men, the liberal, Oprah lovin' media is all over it while the conservative, status quo media ignores it. When men get screwed over by women, with legal sanction to boot, nobody seem to give a damn.. I can't believe you haven't visit Glenn Sacks site since 2009!

  • Thanks to feminism, marriage and prostitution are basically the same thing. And if you think about it, the one thing a prostitute hate more than anything is not getting a customer when offering to spread her legs. Don't do it guys, it's not worth it. Who says virginity is a bad thing? At least they don't have to pay absurd child support.

Oh, who am I kidding. The majority of men don't realize that 30 seconds of ejaculation isn't worth 18+ years worth of child support until it's too late!

  • I think he should still get to sleep with her whenever he wants. This is total lunacy, she can work if she doesn't have the child the majority of the time. She can get a job if she's an actress since there's nothing but garbage on television and movies.

  • I think they need to create another website called "DeadbeatBitchesDOTcom" where she can be registered as the fucking deadbeat gold-digger that she truly is, so her laziness and worthlessness can be fully exposed for all to see.

  • This doesn't make any sense, there HAS to be more to this. Child support is support for the child, hence the name. Why give money to the person who doesn't even have custody of the child? Her inability to get a job has nothing to do with the child. And I strongly doubt that, too, doesn't California have McDonalds? Burger Kings? This sets a horrible precadent. Men in California, DO NOT MARRY!

  • After reading the article I'm nearly speechless. This is far beyond FUBAR.

In addition, once I heard Bernard first discuss this article, I knew the court must be California. Lo and behold, turned out I'm right. Only California could be so rife with insidious double standards and atrocious laws and judgements. I know because I'm from California and I've seen these kinds of people. The Soviet Union could only dream about brainwashing Americans like liberals and progressives here have.

  • Damn, seems like Mr. Cryer's on the road to becoming like his character on the show

  • @shadowagent i think its already too late 4 that

  • @shadowagent It'd be sweet if they could work it into the storyline and make a mockery of the courts.

  • 8 GRAND A MONTH?! WTF. It's like women are shitting out lottery tickets instead of kids. I bet she is a bitter cunt and still isn't happy with all that cash coming in. Poor guy. Guys make sure your woman has old fashioned values if you insist on getting married. I don't care how hot she is. You will be much happier with 7 or 8 who respects you and treats you like a man than a 10 who will take you to the cleaners as soon as you say "I do".

  • the lesson here is to stay single

  • Wow, I just can't believe the courts.

  • She is a child in how she acts... so I guess it is technically support for a child... :D

  • hes not paying child support for his kid anymore. women are also children in the eyes of the law so he should pay up child support for his ex as well.

  • Los Angeles is the feminazi/mangina capital in America!

  • @wclac no that would be vancouver BC I lived there for 11 years, if you move to vancouver it's federal law that you get de-nutted at the border

  • By the way whatever happened to the noble pursuit of being a starving actress...

  • Or, if you prefer, feminism equates to prostitution.

I have only been with one man and I am married to him :D. I stay at home, cooking and cleaning and caring for him, and you know why? Because I adore my husband and I would do anything for him. It's give and take. Not take and take and take like these poor excuses for women seem to think it is.

    Take those children away

  • And we thought Charlie Sheen had to pay a lot for sex...

  • Feminism: Depending on men for everything, yet somehow independent?

So essentially feminists are a bunch of grown daddy's girls who take everything from every decent guy dumb enough to look at them, but shun responsibility for their own actions (slutwalk, anyone?), and openly hating the men that keep their purses full of money.

    IN a nutshell feminism=hell

  • geez, if i made just the 8000 a month, all my debts would be removed and id live like a god where im at.

  • 8,000 dollars a month?

lemme see, if 1 US dollar= 50 Indian Rupees

    thats 4,00,000 rupees a month.

enough to purchase a small car every month

    or 6-8 bikes?

    words fail me.

  • a thought.

feminism has made females dependent on affirmative action?handouts?CS?alimony? aka Easy Money?

If so,then has feminism KILLED any independence, self-reliance,self-sufficiency that females ever had?

  • Wow - and I always wondered what would happen if stay-at-home dads split up with their wives. As men who earn less than their wives and stay-at-home Dads grow I think we are going to see this charade become exposed for the female entitlement that it is. It's about the children? Yeah right!

  • What the Fuck! Thanks Bern, I'm pissed for the rest of the week.

  • If men cannot work, they can apply for SSI and food stamps just like women can.

  • @raisismith only if they're disabled, that's what SSI is for, you can't just pop out a kid and go on the dole if you don't want to work

  • @pinegrove33 woman can.

  • How can your monthly outgoings be $13,000 a month when you've had no income for 6 years?? Jesus Christ how entitled do you have to be to say something like that, what an absolute piss take.

  • This woman makes enough every month to pay off a year and a half of my university tuition (not anymore, I guess, at 8k rather than 10k). She makes more in one month than I made at any of my past jobs in 5 months.

When I go out and get a white collar job, I'll most likely earn less than half of what she makes a year off handouts.

Hell, if I were her I'd take a year of the money, enroll in a Uni somewhere, learn to do something useful, and never need somebody else's money again.

  • 8K A MONTH!! CRIKEY!

These women are gonna get a rude awakening one day.

  • @mala265 I'd actually rather go to jail than pay that to a scrounger!

  • I wonder if this child support will stop after the child turns 18 (serious question).

  • Custody 4% of the time equates to roughly 1 day per month for her $8000 child support when in theory she should be paying him!

  • I read the whole case and it's totally appalling. It's amazing, they keep talking about how he has money and won't feel the difference over and over and over... it's just shameless. He points out that she can't justify living expenses anywhere near $8000 and the judge responds by saying it would be unusual/unfair to "earmark" her child support payments. Shouldn't they be earmarked FOR THE CHILD!? Pathetic.

  • And feminists still complain about the pay gap. It would help if certain women actually wanted to work.

  • Life imitating art? Jon Cryer's character in 2 and a half men gets run over by the ex wife too. I'm afraid we are going to se more cases like Thomas Ball who set himself on fire outside of family court.

  • there is no justice left in the american justice system.

its a contemptible joke, and its so blatant now they dont even pretend to hide it anymore.

  • It amazes me how often things like this happen in a world where women are the oppressed ones[/sarcasm]

  • WTF!!!

  • So she spends 7800 on herself and barely on the boy.....sounds like what my mother did to me

  • holy shit, what a parasitic whore.

  • in court cases especially dealing with child support and divorce i always say "Hire a good lawyer and a better assassin."

  • she doesnt deserve a cent

  • WHAT THE HELL.

  • I like Tottenham too... add Valencia to your list and we'll be brothers for sure!

    xD

  • "It's my only means of support," she whines.

    A. Who cares? That's her problem.

    B. That has nothing to do with supporting the child. Isn't that what CHILD support is for?

There was no legal, moral, or logical basis for the court's decision. An absolute disgrace.

  • I get by on $800 a month, roughly. I honestly have no clue what I could do with $8,000 a month.

  • This is what Ive been saying to these self-entitled princesses, and manginas all-along. Child support = Hidden alimony.

  • I watched a bit of that "2 & a half men" but like most TV shows, I had to stop watching because of the blatant misandry & feminist narratives on display in it. Jon Cryer's character in that show is the epitome of the average "f-ed over" man. His character Allen is an obvious mangina & his being a TOTAL schnook was a regular gag on the show.

Sadly, it now looks like that fictional comedy show has become Jon's real life hell.

  • @Razlo5000

Not only that, but this character got fucked over in a divorce case where he has to pay all the alimony. charlie Harper really does know how to live, he truly is winning .

  • @Razlo5000 I have never wached a single second of 2+a half men, and probably never will. Yet somehow, as I was reading the article about Jon cryer's ordeal (and pooling my hairs out in frustration), I knew exactly what kind of a show this was, what character Jon Cryer was portraying, and what experience I would be going through if I ever wached it-the experience you reported on in your comment. Am I a clairvoyant? no, just logical: TV is full of misandric shit, and a successful TV show (cont)

  • @Razlo5000 and a succesfull TV show as 2+half men is reported to be, must be bursting at the seams with anti-male, male-bashing and humiliating and such. Lets face it: most of the current "humor" is about hurting or humiliating males or have them hurt/humiliate themselves, and the bigger the pain, the bigger the laugh. so I saved myself the trouble and never wached it.

  • @strontiumXnitrate

Thats why I'm off TV man.

    Except for the sports.

But, even there...They all seem to have a token female who knows nothing about what she is talking about.

  • 8K a month? Holy, I wonder how much that guys makes, I didn't think actors made that much unless they are famous. I guess that she is considered as his child as well, though. For some reason society condones it when women are pathetic and stupid but ridicules and berates men for the same. If women are equal to men as society apparently has decided, then they should recieve equal treatment and expectations.

  • If we thought the privileged princesses couldn't get much worse then I think we've just got some proof. Speechless is kind of where I am right now...if I was the guy I would move somewhere off the map and when I got there I would raise two fingers to a corrupt justice system and spoilt, waste of space bitch whist sipping a cold one.

The bargaining tool here is the child...To say this proves there is no proper justice is an understatement!

  • Child support in the fact that the ex wife is an immature child.

  • THANKS BERNARD this brought tears to my eyes. smh gonna keep fighting . ive gotta go to the same court he went to. Im expecting bullshit and have the time and resources to fight

  • Wow, I feel sorry for Jon, that woman is a lazy negligent leech.

  • 1. The mother is unfit, but she got primary custody anyway.

    2. As long as women get primary custody by default, men will be treated as cash slaves paying the woman's bills.

    3. Women will keep getting primary custody as long as women remain the primary caregivers of the children within marriages.

    ANSWER:

Don't let women be the primary caregiver of the children within the marriage.

  • @WhiteStar11111 Marriage is a financial arrangement that only benefits the woman. The custody and divorce laws benefit the women.

The only logical answer here is NOT to get married in the first place and do not have kids. It really sucks for men that want kids, but this is the harsh reality that men must deal with.

  • @JP5466

    1. That's giving up on what really matters: family.

    2. That's the death of the human race, on any number of levels.

You surrender if you want to.

Those with courage will fight even as you hide.

  • @WhiteStar11111 I don't surrender or hide from anything, I only observe and state the obvious. Unfortunately, many cannot handle that. I do not, and will not cave in to societial pressures, or the general publics definition of what is 'normal'. Of course you are free to do as you wish, but please prepare yourself for potentially painful financial ramifications of your actions. Good luck to you.

  • Guys, just make sure you never donate any sperm to any woman. You will never be in this situation.

No kids + No marriage = Freedom, wealth and happiness.

  • @JP5466 YUP THIS GUY IS SHARP

  • @JP5466 That's easy to say, but what of the men who want to start a family? What you say is not an option for them.

It's the rules that need changing, and not us men to adapt to the unfair rules already in place.

  • @JP5466

+ growing old lonely without a family + removing yourself from the genepool

If you enjoy life, don't you think you should make sure that you pass it on to the next generation? That attitude seems to be as unnatural and destructive as feminism.

  • @QuintusSecundus I hear ya, but plenty of friends and relatives makes that a non-issue. IMO, the unnatural thing is to be married: having sex with one person the rest of your life, asking her permission to go somewhere and how to spend your own money. Marriage is not about love, it's a legally binding arrangement bound by government and state laws. When a man breaks those laws there is hell to pay (literally), if a woman does it, she gets paid. I have nothing against women, just marriage.

  • @QuintusSecundus All humans share most of the same genes. The only effect of having children for the individual is a minuscule shift in gene frequencies in the population.

The social influence on a child is watered down by public education and the mass media, diminishing to zero with future generations.

They can be taken away from you at the whim of the mother, and you are placed into bonded servitude!

A declining population would be good for the Earth and hasten the current system's collapse!

  • @dalriada842

We also share most of our genes with chimpanzees, sometimes the devil is in the detail.

A declining population would also mean that the percentage of old people would grow and become an increasing burden for the young. And since the third world is still in population boom,it will probably mean the collapse of western civilization and cause overall dysgenic effects.

In the end that attitude is unsustainable,if all humans would think like that, there would be no next generation.

  • @QuintusSecundus The point I'm making about the genes, is that having children has almost no effect on the genetic make-up of a world with 7 billion people. The gene pool gets mixed with each generation.

Your second paragraph was what I was alluding to in the last sentence of my post. It looks as if collapse is the only path to reform for the current system.

I'm aware it's unsustainable overall. It's a self-defence mechanism in a hostile legal environment! I wish it were otherwise! :(

  • @dalriada842

Yes, the global world population is quite big, but I for one would not want to see my specific people vanish just because we're already small in number compared to that.

And I fear the collapse of our civilization might not just end feminism. Europe for example might turn muslim, because they immigrate in masses, they have the children, we don't.

I'd rather fight feminism and the biased legal system than contribute to the downfall. Looks like two sides of the same coin to me.

  • @QuintusSecundus I understand your position. Most of the time I feel much the same way. But when I see lots of misandric shit happening, it makes me feel pessimistic about the future. It's at times like that, that I want to pull the whole edifice down! Obviously at the moment I'm feeling pessimistic!

  • @JP5466 money in the bank is fucking awesome, also..titty bars!

  • @swatsticker If you have enough money in the bank, you won't need to go to titty bars... numerous titties will come out of the woodwork to seek you out. Imagine the potential!

  • @JP5466: I learned that some time ago, but it was still too late for me.

  • LMFAO @ 'deadbeat mum support'. That's precisely the way to look at it. It took me years to work out why my first wife never once asked me for any maintenance after our divorce: It was because she'd already stolen my money and had she pressed for more she would have been compelled to declare all of her financial reserves, most of which were mine.

  • Full-Time Dad Pays Child Support ...I swear my head just exploded this is just crazy!!! Honestly I can't even think of anything more intelligent to say..I'm completely dumbfounded..... My husband and I live quite comfortably on less than $4000.00 a month...

  • What... Just... The hypocrisy is so thick you need a lightsaber to cut it. I hope a few judges are about to lose their jobs. Robbing the man blind, using his money to pay lawyers to support robbing him blind, abusing the court system, and the child only spends a day and a night per month with his mother. BTW i call bull shit on the psyche damaging part. No one and i mean NO ONE is so sheltered as to be psychologically damaged by staying in an apartment for a night.

  • I've read of such injustices in the book taken in to custody.

  • 8000 a month? for spreading her legs. sounds like a high priced hookler.

  • @wideosvatcher Don't forget that's tax-free.

  • First, you need to pay child support for children in her custody. Then comes, you need to pay child support for children that are not yours. Now, you need to pay child support for children in your custody. Whats next? Pay child support for the aborted baby? Sometimes I think its better to go to jail than pay these hoes....

  • No Sir. Unless you are a musclebound gangbanger, going to jail in the great state of California and almost anywhere else is to risk the worst types of violence. Male rape is actively promulgated by the government as a method of cowing regular men to do as they are told. Foolish women are a pawns in this cruel game. However, their perceived power that they deprive for selling their vote and being an instrument of male subjugation will not survive the upcoming collapse of the social order.
