  • So glad your back!! Stick with it! I completely understand about insecurities going to a support group...I felt the exact same way before...major anxiety lol. Anyways congrats on the loss!!! :)

  • I'm so glad you're back hun! And I'm glad to hear that you're doing better.

    And I think you're doing good, healthy weightloss this time. It's easier to make it be like.. a lifestyle that way, rather than just a short-term diet. And just keep up your postive outlook =] Don't let two days ruin your whole outlook! =]

  • Its ok to have a cheat day every once in a while - a lot of professional bodybuilders do that every now and then, but dont make it a habit :D

    The meeting sound like a good idea to me, you can actually hold yourself accountable to even more people that way

    I totally do that - I just wonder how I got this big hahaha

    Im also moving to a new place by the end of the month -no more having to worry about making noise
