Its ok to have a cheat day every once in a while - a lot of professional bodybuilders do that every now and then, but dont make it a habit :D
The meeting sound like a good idea to me, you can actually hold yourself accountable to even more people that way
and LOL @ "reminding myself to eat"
I totally do that - I just wonder how I got this big hahaha
Im also moving to a new place by the end of the month -no more having to worry about making noise
