Nothing wrong with the playing or interpretation. The conductor is very distracting!

@mrotwist Perhaps the conductor only seems distracting because the camera isn't moving around to show the performers. This fixed camera angle would be good for a conducting course training video, or for the conductor himself to use to analyze his own conducting, like baseball players reviewing video of their batting stances and swings at pitches.
