This isn't on Hurt Me (1982) which is an album recorded solo & acoustic (except for a couple of electric guitar overdubs on Diary Of A Lover, Sad Vacation and Too Much Too Soon). This was on the In Cold Blood EP, and on the album Too Much Junkie Business....
@kidcalabria If you were a true thunders fan you'd know that this was on Hurt Me as bonus track at the end on of the A Side instead of Like A Rolling Stone. Maybe do your research next time buddy.
@Th3Squints Do you give out certificates about who's a "true Thunders fan"? How sad, poor you! I played with the guy, still have 1 of his guitars, & lost all the original albums cause the house where I lived burned down, if you must know. Anyway, this wasn't on the original "Hurt Me", as my previous comment correctly stated, & in 1982 "bonus tracks" didn't even exist, lol! Maybe next time you grow up a little, instead of being so arrogant & a "johnny come lately" who talks rubbish, "buddy"! Bye!
@kidcalabria Yeah, I actually do have certificates. But couldn't anyone say they played with John? Im not saying you didn't, hell, you probably did, but come on, what's the proof? And when you say you have one of his guitars, I'm guessing you're talking about his off night guitars that he used when he didn't have his junior? Well good job for you then, you have a guitar that he didn't want. Yeah, if he did actually play it that's awesome, but highly unbelievable.
@kidcalabria@kidcalabria I'm not trying to argue, I'm a huge Thunders fan whether you believe it or not, and not one of those losers that know Born To Lose from a video game. And about the song, when I listened to my copy of Hurt Me literally the other night, Just Another Girl is on it. So I'm only arguing about hearing it OFF THE LP And if you did play with Thunders, then that's awesome. And I'm totally jealous. I would have wanted too also, but too bad he died 5 years before I was even born.
@Th3Squints I'm not sure which version of Hurt Me you have, I'm talking about the original. For sure the only Dylan covers it had were 1 verse of Ain't It Me Babe (!) and Joey. The original Hurt Me has this track-list: Sad Vacation, Eve Of Destruction, Too Much Too Soon, Joey, I'm A Boy I'm A Girl, Go Back To Go, I Like To Play Games, Hurt Me, Illegitimate Son Of Segovia, It Ain't Me Babe. Side B: Diary Of A Lover, I'd Rather Be With The Boys, You Can't Put Your Arms Around A Memory (continues)
@Th3Squints (Part 2): She's So Untouchable, Ask Me No Questions, She's So Strange, Lonely Planet Boy, MIA, Cosa Nostra.
No sign of Just Another Girl then, which had already come out on In Cold Blood. Yours must be a later version with added tracks obviously; I'm talking about the original vinyl album (1982, if I remember well, or '83 maybe), I had the original album & still have a cassette of it. I'm glad to see that younger people listen to him. All the best, take care
@kidcalabria Actually I just noticed on my (ancient) cassette of Hurt Me something that John wrote himself: "Paris, November 1983", and that a certain Charlotte did backing vocals on Sad Vacation (dedicated to Sid Vicious). He did all the rest. That fixes the date, at least... : )
In the poster thats his gibson he had all through the days from the dolls.....it was heisted from him in charlestown Boston...It from the Jimmy Miller album....which has the "green Onoins" cut, that some goodfella should post

Great song but I had a tape with a version that had more prominent, martial like drums
