your kicks are well done, you do need to control your arms, they are all over the place. You will have a more control and centered spin if you control your arms. As for the over head fly side kick it would be more impressive if the kids were not so flat to the ground, perhaps have them kneeling down or if you feel daring jump over a standard table; width wise first then if you can work up to it wise.
Im a 1st degree however ive not trained in many years.. i trained with the r.i.ta in ireland.... Question do you think the flying kicks lose power whilst landing? what i mean is does landing into the kick lose power than it would with jumping kick?
Im hoping to get back into training this year. ive had an injury that prevented me from it..watching these videos has brought the passion back again.its been many years...
My chief instructor was master francis barrett you may have heard of him? he still is highly involved with the r i t a i believe
they are purely demonstration techniques, but if you can be this precise while jumping and spinning, your ground technique will be even better, which would be used in "real life".
nice techniques!

if you keep you hips higher than your kicking foot (flying side kick) gravity will add more power to the kick.

And I lost my first sparring match at a tournament, and made a fool of myself.
Don't let one bad experience ruin the whole martial art for you.

true. why? because i avoid fights. a jump spin back kick to the face is a devastating technique.
