  • you need to add torso rotation... also maybe pushing of the leg opposite of the side of the paddle blade.

  • 13 seconds:

    I am sure you could fill 15 minutes with forward stroke information, it's worth it.

    Torso rotation, push through your feet, cross the centre line, smooth strokes, get the blade out at or just behind the hip....

    You have the skill and the gear, show us how.
