@Jeminz92 they help the start of the deadlift alot because your to start lower. they also make the whole pull longer, helping with lock out too. I do deads, deficit, and speed pulls.
@ErnieLilliebridge I've never measured it, but at least 3" I would think. I noticed you use a deadlift bar, doesn't that kinda defeat the purpose of deficit pulls? I know at my last meat with an oakie bar, off the floor was crazy easy with the way the bar bends.
