I have to agree with DotMgoddess about sticking to the book. I know that they cant follow the books exactly, but they should as closely as possible. Like on easier scenes when they change the dialouge or something, that bothers me. But i still think that this movie is going to be AMAZING!!!

OMG, I saw this show "Moonlight", and it is such a COPY of Twilight. Even the name. And the movie aired in 2007, while Twilight was written in 2003, June. Moonlight is about a guy, a vampire, who falls in love with a mortal woman, (sound familiar), and deals with problems that arise because he's a vamp (sound even MORE familiar???). Edward pushes Kristen outside to show his powers. I think it's a great way of showing off Edward's powers. For a movie, it's much better than pushing her on a couch and snarling. A movie has to be visual.

From the MTV videos they've aired, it's become kind of clear that the movie is going to be less from Bella's perspective and more just the story. Stephenie Meyer has been working really closely with the film though so basically whatever they change or add to the film has her stamp of approval... they're just going to show things that we COULDN'T have seen because it was from Bella's perspective.

I'm still curious enough to want to go see the movie, but I don't have high expectations for it yet. I may be judging too early but it kinda looks really sucky. I hope I'm wrong on this, the Twilight series are some of the best books I've ever read, but I was so looking forward to seeing Edward's AMBER eyes. T_T Oh well... Guess we'll just have to hope, wait, and see if the movie doesn't suck.

I think what will matter most is the chemestry between Rob and Kristen.
