Shelton Benjamin and Brock Lesnar would've been a great tag team duo. This would have changed a lot of stories, especially that "Gold Standard" Gimmick that Shelton had to do.

Something I don't understand. The WWE embraced Brock Lesnar and he was only there from 2002-2004. However, Shelton was just as, if not more, athletic as him and never got the attention Brock received. I feel if WWE pushed Shelton just as much as they pushed Brock, the shows would have been more entertaining.

@JakeStPierre Shelton could talk somewhat. Hell Brock didn't really talk much at first because Paul Heyman was with him all the time. Yeah he was larger but I just happen to think Shelton was more athletic and deserving. At least he stayed more than two years.

During the early 2000's the WWE was simply AWESOME,, what had happened to the WWE in Today's Era? Shooter Shultz was a pretty good wrestler when he wrestled for TWA (Shawn Micheals' promotion). He had great matches against Lance Cade. The only thing he lacked was a finisher, and a lasting gimmick (He was a Taz rip-off). Always wondered what happen to him.

HTF has Shelton Benajmin never been a WWE/WHC title holder, when the likes of Miz and Swagger have. He's never even been in a one on one title match, it's really sad the way WWE treated him, he's the only superstar who has consistently performed in every MitB match he's been in.

BJ Payne was an amazing linebacker at Mount Union. He'd often wear a bandana under his helmet that had ECW WWF and WCW written all over it. The announcer on ESPN even said that Payne was attending a wrestling training camp instead of working out for NFL teams after the season was over.

I never knew Benjamin did the 450! and that shooting star press by lesner was epic, now lesners one of my fav mma fighters because he either kicks the shit out of his oponent or he gets the shit kicked out of him by his oponent he never has a boring fight! and Benjamin is where? I don't know but this match really was the story of his career (fancy flips and crisp moves but no one in the crowd cares, such a shame he never could find the right gimmick to get over)

Benjamin came into the ring at 5:57 without a tag, there wer no more tags after that so Lesnar was the legal man (although the ref counted pin attempts for both.)
