Graffiti wouldn't be fun and won't be full of adrenaline rush when bombing outside knowing that you won't get caught. Legal and illegal, it some how balances what Graffiti really is. And that's what kept the competitiveness of graffiti writers.

@GDINSKY the ones that tag houses, churches and cars are straight up punks, it's part of the graffiti code. that is unless they're doing a piece for the owner of said property, then it's okay in my opinion.
