as soon as you mentioned your arthritis I couldn't stop myself from bursting into tears, I was about 13 when it last happened, I was on a really awesome football team but had to quit on the finals because of my knees :/ I feel so lucky that I haven't had any problems for 5 years now.

I was so afraid, but thank goodness its all ok now. And I'm incredibly happy for you that it all seems good now :) I hope we both never have these problems again

I had joint problems as a kid to and went through the whole being excluded from PE thing, yes I do remember the 90s tracksuits(unfortunately!), and boy am I glad you kept up the singing and the guitar through all that stuff.
