Great comparison. Do you know if the dazzleglass cremes are better than the dazzleglass in terms of stickiness or tackiness? No MAC counter here so need to purchase online. I have dry lips and baby sparks does not fade on my lips in a flattering way at all.

I've hear you mention Mica in one of your previous videos so when I was on holidays I picked it up...amaxing!Not sticky compared to Dazzleglasses. I live in Australia and Mica was $29 and the Dazzleglasses are $42 and you get more product with the Chanel so its a no brainer!Thanks for review

I think a VERY important point is that there is double the amount in a Chanel gloss than in the Dazzleglass glosses. Chanel has .19oz & MAC Dazzleglass has only .06oz. I found this out so now I'm only purchasing Chanel b/c it's much better quality & you get more even though you pay more. That's why your Chanel lipglosses are lasting longer :)

I really am loving all the chanel stuffies you show. You are the tuber that sorta opened my eyes up to that line. I think the colors just are more fitting for the 30+ set like myself. Some mac stuff looks a little too harsh on me anymore. Thanks for the review compare! I love those! ☺

I adore MAC but Dazzleglass is just too sticky for me! First I used without lipstick and I could hardly remove it! I found my Holy Grail with Lancome and HR lipglasses.

Does Chanel Lip glosses stay on your lips for a while or do you have to keep reapplying them? Mac's lip glosses do not stay on me for very long and I constantly have to reapply them.

you do have to reapply them same as MAC ones- most glosses dont stay very long! :o(

LOVE LOVE the Chanel glosses....my favorite ever is the aqualumiere in diamond rose No. 67. Check out that color if you haven't, gorgeous pink! I'm going to have to check out the Mica gloss... I like the dazzleglasses but I find Chanel much sleeker and wearable.

dont waste your money on it, it has they oddest yellow/orange base that washes you out and looks pastey on your skin.

yeah, it is really sheer when applied with a sponge and blotchy when sprayed on. the only thing i liked was the smell, it smells really good.

i have it in medium and i love it!

it is somewhat sheer though, ive only used my fingers and a cheap foundation brush to apply though. it works fine for me.

and it does smell reallllllly good.

i dont know if i'd repurchase it though.

You always have very infomational reviews, and I appreciate all the time AND money that you put into your reviews. My question doesn't have to do with lipgloss at all, it has to do with dupes for certain colors. Do you know of a cheaper alternative, or dupe for Mac's Blunt blush or Emote(discontinued) that is a little more brown than red -- I am planning to use this for contouring, and the red in Blunt just doesn't look that great for contouring. Any suggestions would be welcome!

The MAC eyeshadow in Cork is a dupe for Emote. Also right now in the DSquared colletion the MAC Sculpt and shape in Bone Beige and Empahasize the one side is almost an exact dupe. So I guess the eyeshadow would be the cheaper dupe- I have not found any drugstore options yet! Good Luck!

I tried Mica on during the summer at the store, thought it was gorgeous, but couldn't spend the money on it , because it didn't give me enough color for my buck imo. So I just picked up one of their lipsticks in Frivole.

A week ago I picked up one of their Rouge Allure Laque in Phoenix , and while it is expensive, the color and quality is amazing! I think Lisa you'd really love Ming from that collection!

I absolutely love both of these products.

I've had issue with the Chanel glossimers that came out with the summer line that mica was in. Mica is fine and I love it. I bought 128 Météore from the line and it was so gritty it was like sandpaper. I never take makeup back, but this one I did.

I've never had a grit issue with dazzleglass, but definitely glitter migration. :)

Someone on a different Youtube video worked out the math and Chanel is cheaper when you compare the grams. Mac has a tube inside of the tube an it has far less product. If you work out the math on the shadows Mac is really not that cheap but they do have a large range of color.

Lisa, the Chanel gloss is not more expensive if you compare the amount, but actually cheaper than Mac Dazzleglass, because the Chanel gloss is more than double the amount of Mac's Dazzleglass:

Chanel is 5.5g

Mac Dazzleglass is 1.92g

That's why it lasted longer as well ;o)
