  • @mujji143 mcmaster dot com/#catalog/118/390/=fvnyg2

    5 micron rating

  • I want to try this!

  • I wish i have a cool kitchen like yours when i grow up! And be a cool middle aged guy... hahaha

  • "How to make Cappuccino in 3 Minutes" yet the video lasts 4:57 lol

  • @tiarnanm54 That's probably cause he was explaining things to 'us', I'm sure if you do this without talking (like one probably would) then I'm sure it would be 3 minutes or under. :]

  • Thank you so much it's easy and simple, i'll try it right now

  • Very cool filter! For anyone looking for something similar, check out the Coava coffee disk. Its a metal disk thats made for the aeropress and it lets very little sediment through.

  • @ktFoxtail

    $15 vs $0.15

My poly filter is 3 years old and it is very easy to clean.

Why clean it? The filter becomes tighter the more you use it.

As long as it is not clogged and the Aeropress is easy to push, go for it.

  • I am using a 1 micron polyester filter from McMaster.

The same filter for 3 years. It never wears out.

The oil floats to the top. (Not a lot, but it contains a lot of flavor.)

You press it to sit on the plastic filter cap.

When you turn it over, the oil and its flavor goes into the cup.

Paper filters would absorb the oil. Not good.

  • @Boyntonstu Did you have to cut the filter out yourself? Or does McMaster allow for custom sizing? And if they do what are the measurements for the aeropress?

  • What kind of filter do you use again? it's not the paper filters that comes with the aeropress?

What kind of advantage is it to press inverted, it's better to have the oils come down first?

  • Well done .Another tip for milk is to fill a plunger(just the glass bit) 1/3 full then mic it for 1.45 then plunge like crazy till you get creamy textured milk..works well without the need for the frother in the vid.

  • Dude that was 4 minutes...

  • Great video!! Excellent explanation!! :)

  • That was great!!! Not a bunch of haulabaloo [sp. sorry]; just straight, simple and down to the matter. Thanks a mil. for the tip on how to froth the milk. My husband loves Cappuccinos. I might just be able to make them for him now. Happy Valentine's Day. B/B)O(
