yea people are always overlooking syracuse. newhouse is one of the best communications programs in the nation. the architecture school is topnotch, so is the ischool. maxwell is ranked #1 for grad public affairs. the entrepreneurship program in whitman is quite good as well. college is not about the US News college rankings.

The acceptance rate at Syracuse is a little over 50%, almost the same as UC Davis, and Davis is higher in the rankings, so it's alright, but not all it's hyped out to be in my opinion.
