Sen Kerry: You need to look at CA and the destruction the EPA has caused on our economy. Your cap and tax legislation will turn the rest of the 49 into the same bankruptcy court.Since you seem to be following AB32, passed in 2006, I can only assume that bankrupting the USA is exactly what you want to do. We have gotten the repeal of AB32 on the ballot in Nov-at least until our state is in better financial standing.I suggest you read the reports on the jobs that are being lost because of the EPA.
