I just looked on the official video and it finally does have an honor of some sort. They rank it at #39 in the Most Watched videos of the month. The weird thing is, two videos ranked ahead of Ray's have lower play counts.
I'll also add that in a list for the videos with the most comments, it lists a video with 704 comments as being #1. I didn't see Ray's video listed at all in any category I searched in. I looked in the "country", "comedy", "news and politics", and "entertainment" sections and seen videos with half the comments and play totals of Ray's video.

I, too, think it's extremely bizarre that the video isn't being singled out or highlighted in any of the pages here...I mean, videos by amateurs that get a few hundred thousand hits get some sort of front-page recognition but Ray's video, which is nearing a million plays, isn't getting any publicity on those "most-watched" lists. It's very strange...unless I've over-looked the recognition?
