I think what's happening with the comments here is that you're in Australia and everyone else is in the US, where they're unaware that different rating systems besides YDS exist.

Ewbank 13 corresponds roughly to 5.6 in YDS. YDS 5.13 corresponds to Ewbank 29-31.

Yes it was a route, and it looks easy because it *was* easy. It was just a grade 13 and it had big holds. And it was fun. So what's your point?

I just climbed one of those yesterday and wish it had as many grips as this one does! I picked the hardest one and got owned when I got close to the top and just couldn't reach the next grip up. I'm a short guy and picked the one with the grips 10 feet apart or close to that anyway! lol Not too bright of me!
