The best recovery stradegies for luigi are, 1) Luigi cyclone+ Superjump punch(For vertical recovery, note, mash the luigi cyclone lots of time to reach full height) And 2)Flying Luigi+ Cyclone+ Flying Luigi again., (good horizontal, the flying weegee drops vertical distance, so use it cyclone to recover the distance, then flying weegeee again.)

I think the idea is it is anti their final smashes, like on this it is easy to be out of luigis final smash area, and on the sonic on sonic can't fly through the thick walls when in chaos mode

this may counter Luigi's final smash decently, but I would think the characters with the worst recover would suffer the most. In terms of the character, I would say it is worst for Ivysaur, Olimar, and ZSS because of their reoveries. Ike probably doesn't like it much either.

i have one, make a stage so you can wall jump up it and make it really tall. then at the bottom put 2 platforms so it is hard to land on them. i use this to beat 3 lvl 9s on a team, its so easy

Are these stages supposed to be Anti-the characters FS, or Anti-the entire character? If everyone is crowding together on two small platforms, that makes Luigi's Fire Jump Punch much more effective.
