k first u can just take the pedal off of the bar on the bottom of the drums. It might take a little bit for u to get the feeling of the pedal being closer but it didn't take me that long. Or if ur drums r on something slick like idk wood or some kinda tile stick a rug under the drums

It's simply a drum fill (a mini-solo before activating overdrive, essentially.), and as you notice points are not gained for randomly smacking the drums before the activation (drum squeezing is an exception, 10 to 1 of Youtube drummers do not squeeze, or squeeze well at all.) The only time you get points for hitting the drums randomly is the Big Rock Ending. So, in conclusion, you, sir, are a failure, and don't tell me to fuck myself. Why don't YOU go fuck yourself?
