I hated elk grove it was a wasteland , all that was their was a bunch of stereotyping stuck up ignorant white people and all the cops were assholes trying to find something to do. I would never go back. Their is nothing their lol.

@FightingSpirt I only heard bad things about EG on city data. I don't like boring white bread towns personally. In FL there are several of these. Black people live in them too who want to escape the city, but they are still stale as fuck.

My wife and I recently drove thru Sacramento during what used to be rush hour (Friday 5pm) at a steady 65 mph. Unbelievale erie lack of traffic. We were shocked at what has happened to Sacramento in just a year.

The contractor on this project was the largest in the country with several other large malls being built prior to going bankrupt.

The economy, not only in Elk Grove but all around the country is in recession. Some people believe it is getting better but that is a fallacy, look around... there are more and more vacant buildings and for lease signs everywhere. How did Bush and Cheny survive?

Anyway, there is now new construction just a few hundred feet North of this project, I wish them well.

what is going to happen here??? it's mind blowing what your sharing---i've watched a few of your videos already and i just cant beleive my eyes......i live way out in the sticks of northwest washington and i've seen our ALREADY tiny town close almost all its eating establishments --bars---tire store---and the thrift store even,, its bad ----makes me even more nervous that its going on in the city...... what is going to happen to ALL of these places??? that are empty???
