kipai890, the record speaks for itself. its speak volume too. no need for me to add anything. the word "if" he took the office of a PM at that time he might have done better. hv u thought abt what anwar's own former deputy president of PKR, Dr. Chandra Muzaffar, said "If anuar becomes PM, it will be an "unmitigated disaster" for Malaysia."

Dude please do not be a spokesman for only an individual, speaks for whole of Malaysian in general. Do not be critical on one person. If that person had done a good job pat on his back. dutque, if you think anwar needs to `rebrand' himself then, you should rebrand 'urself 1st, coz it needs to be tht way. He had done well with flying colours when he was in the cabinet of M'sia. At tht time there wasn't any price hike on petrol n diesel. There were, but anwar disagree with it. So, he reduce the price with the unwillingness of Mahathir `The Speculator'.

if you think that either anwar or mahathir or pak lah is good, so be it. for mahathir, engineered malaysia's rapid modernization, regional high-tech manufacturing, financial, telecommunications hub on corporate nationalism. after the financial crisis, the IMF and World Bank acknowledged that Mahathir's approach had worked. other etc... for anwar, hmm he renamed the national language from bahasa malaysia to bahasa melayu. any other achievements, can someone pls enlighten me. for pak lah.
