  • I have been on slim fast for 4 days and have lost 8 lbs im not following the plan but my sister is a nutritionist and im doing a diet similar to the Cambridge but using slim fast to save money i consume 700 calories per day and can snack on fruit and veg, I have two shakes but instead of 250ml i cut it down to 200 as i think its enough, and then i have a piece of fish with veg for dinner i have no carbs, or salt and its really working and i drink 2 liters of water :)

  • Been using Slim fast 3 weeks now.. i run 2 miles every morning ( walk / jog ) i also lift weights for 30 minutes a day.. i have lost 7 pounds so far and am very glad.. i snack on mostly fruit but for when i want to splurge i eat Pop Chips at only 100 calories a bag and very little fat they are awesome !!! also nature valley bars...

  • @YoshiMan246 Good luck on your diet! I am finding that it works better than any other diet I've ever been on. Congrats on the 7 pounds, that is great!! I also eat pop chips...I actually mentioned those in one of my later videos. They are pretty high in sodium, but the calories are right. I like the sour cream & onion I also love the nature valley bars...don't they make the sweet & salty bars? Those are good, but I'm not sure how many calories.
