@darris321 Yes, "communist government" is indeed an oxymoron. As I said to someone else, many of the original Marxists did not approve of Lenin's vanguardism. Marxists like Luxemburg, Pannekoek and Emma Goldman criticized Lenin's authoritarian style of ruling.
I'm not going to argue that many totalitarian countries didn't use the word to describe themselves. I'm just saying it's a complete misnomer. I don't see countries like the USSR, China, Cambodia or Vietnam as being "communists."

In reality, the vast majority of Communist "revolutions" occurred in societies that weren't yet fully industrialized- Russia, China, Ethiopia, Cuba, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia

Social stratification came later, in the Bronze Age. It is in the Neolithic age where Flexibility first appeared, it was here where agriculture became a sustainable means of survival, and where tribe elders began to regulate labor in agriculture. Flexibility began according to ones needs, today it is exploitation.

@silent9173- Flexibility means moving your job to China in order to cut production costs. Flexibility means firing 50 programmers., and have the other 50 work harder. Flexibility means cutting your PTO or vacation time, to make that quota. Flexibility can also mean robotic technologies replacing your hardware component job. I'd say the technological industry is one area where the Marxist theory of flexibility is most relevant.
