The names on the right I assume are the people speaking. Is this built into the game?, or a mod or seperate program like Teamspeak?

This is mumble, its a cross between teamspeak and ventrillo, and has its own built in Overlay :) Its actually very, very nice.

If you want all action go play bf2 or tf2 or something... This game is about the build up. The adrenaline, the intense short fire fights that are life and death, the graphics the atmosphere. Your mate in the next foxhole.
