@BusinessSocks101 Yeah dogs and pups actually prefer smaller, closed-in spaces. It's built in their survival. Closed-off wall = one less place to worry about predators coming in. Whelping boxes are perfect for pups and their moms. When puppies grow older, you should always provide them a comforting crate in which they can relax after a long day. This might seem weird for you and me, but that's just how dogs' brains are wired. (:

@anelidok1 LOL No humans were pooped or peed on during the making of this video. Actually, we litter-box trained all of our puppies using wood chips. I'm sitting in front of the doorway that leads to the litter attached to the box. You see another one when we follow a puppy outside of the box at one point. It allowed for a cleaner breeding environment as well as allowing us to send the puppies to their forever homes fully house-trained!
