The Wii was just waggle waggle... and that was nice...but this is your whole self in the game... sure not as cool or as "free" (being able to walk an run in games) as virtual reality but this is no doubt a stepping stone. Im not just talking about the game...but the possibilities.

@BillGates1337 i understand that, im not trying to be rude but the Wii;s contollers hasnt limited what they could do with games, playstation released a similar idea on the ps2 in the Eyetoy and it was very limited in what could be done with it, i honesty cannot see there being any GOTY contenders coming from the kinect or big fps, platforms or any kind of huge franchise having a kinect release, but these words may come back to bite me, guess time will tell :)

@Daiphorus99 You do know there's quite a handful of promising looking hardcore games coming to Kinect's later (I'll pm)... aside from the casual stuff... so a great game on Kinects CAN happen and probably will since Microsoft is backing it up quite a bit... but that's not the point... Kinects is amazing because it puts you in the game like no other motion device ever has in console gaming. It's huge... you can't compare this to the Wii or Eyetoy... Kinect's is clearly in a much higher league.

@BillGates1337 Yea i have read up about the hardcore games coming out, im interested to see how they go control wise, i will be keeping my eye on Kinect and reading plenty about it once its released, im interested in it but im more leaning to the side of it wont be what its talked up to be, as i said time will tell if im right or wrong :) oh and virtual reality to me means MMORPG eg WoW, sorry i forgot to answer it earlier

@Daiphorus99 When I was talking about Virtual Reality I meant.... you walking in the game.... it would probably need one of those running excersize machines so you can walk and run around in the game. But tha's what meant... YOU in a game... and Kinect's looks like a stepping stone. Dance Central is a AA game.... and developers are just starting to learn how to use the hardware... a AAA game is definitely within the reaches of Kinect if it already have a AA. It all depends. It can happen.
