  • Actually you talked to some of few remaining HP employees. They claim it is 150000 when 140000 olf them are employed in far-from-civilized conditions in poor faraway countries, and accounted working in each and every US electronics company (think apple-foxconn)...

  • I was transferred to the Bill Me Later department for HP. And right away they try to sell me into buying store coupons I said no and the guy hung up on me. WTF? I was only trying to buy a $1600 touchsmart

  • Whats the song called?

  • i love hp, billion people do.. hahaha

  • youtube.com/watch?v=mOUe7dDMMQg

  • I don't know what you guys are talking about. Twice I had to call HP to fix my laptop, and twice I got a man with an American accent. It took me all of 15 minutes to call them and order a new charger last week.

  • HP customer support does suck, i had a laptop and it wasnt in warrinty and it tells you to go to the website on the phone. Also trying to get a courier out is a pain because you got to that on the website as well and i enter my product and serial number and hey presto it doesn't reconise it.

I want this laptop repaired and they're just telling me to buy another one, yeah because i really want another laptop taking up more space.

Sure sign of quality service right there...

  • I'm into my first year of support problems so I guess that makes me a newbie. I also won't ever buy HP again due to support problems but actually it was the product that failed so far in 3 ways. I bought a Presario laptop with 3 year international warranty. The screen played up, then the mother board. Had them replaced and I still have problems. Warranty still active but they insist I return it to the country I purchased it from. Again. GREAT. Good product-Not. Good service-Not!

  • so why didnt you just purchase this item from a retail store, and do some research on your own to make sure you got what you wanted???

  • 12 Years Ago, You got Certified American Computer Techs and American Tech Support, Today, Nothing at all, All Mexico Tech Support Center, No one knows what the internal parts of a computer are, and cannot exactly understand English,

All I am saying is, Fuck HP

Fuck HP For Sending Good American Jobs to China, and India and Mexico,

Fuck The Ceo of HP, I blame them the most, They make Millions to watch Good Families loose Jobs to China, What A Pity, Never Buy Hp Again! and Good Riddens to Them too!

  • Dear Mark Hurd, now that you've resigned from HP as CEO, I can't mail this to your office, however, I do want you to know how I and many other customers of HP feel about your customer service, product support, and well.... ... your products. Thank you for giving me the inspiration to finally get my money's worth from your products..

  • I totally understand, I will never purchase from HP again either. I only buy from dell now, yes they have customer service from India as well. There is one difference, They have never let me leave unhappy. I recently had a issue with a desktop that I bout from the dell outlet. On the third time contacting them i was sent a brand new computer that was actually better than the first one I had purchased. HP would rather shit on you than take a little loss on a product to satisfy a customer.

  • TOSHIBA, acer and asus, has the best customer support I've ever had. I've had macs, HP, Dell, Alienware (yes i know it's dell), and colby

  • fucking habibis

  • HP is the worse electronics company ever made.. i wont buy another HP product ever ...... bought a laptop a few years back and its broke 2 times in the past year.. less than 3 years old..

  • I had a hp pavillion before i got this alienware M15x laptop, the pavillion gave me the bsod on the second day i bought it, and gave me many other problems, and this alienware M15x hasn't given me any real problems, never buying an hp produect again.

  • i got an HP mini netbook on ebay, i crashed the hard drive , called HP i even told them it came from ebay and thay still sent me the disks to fix it for free and even told me if i wont thay would send me a NEW netbook for FREE if i have any problems with it. GOD BLESS HP!

  • Hahahah that poor guy actually answers his own problems in the beginning of te video.

Like said HP at the moment is the biggest so it brings the problems.

I wonder if he bought the scanner directly from Hp or from some retailer. Like someone said there is returpolocies in place(probably also in the USA).

I have set of machines from HP and all are working perfectly and the customer service has alwasy been top class (maybe the difference is that I am in EU / UK)

  • How can you have sympathy or show empathy to someone who's stupid enough to sit with a unit that doesn't work when EVERY SINGLE RETAILER in NA has a return policy in place.

I work for HP and I'll tell you there's plenty agents in NA, but theres also plenty across the world.

If you bought a car and drove it around for 2 months then came back and said it wasn't right for you, would you ask them to exchange it for another free of charge. BAHAHAHA

  • @Moiramgmt thanks but no thanks. fuck hp.

  • Oh boy, I love Americans. Yes, proud to admit it. After calling HP for 4 days and waiting everyday for 2 hours and all together waiting 10 hours, I finally got to speak to an American to have my issue addressed, not answered. I must send it my laptop at my cost to have it looked at which is insane. I made up my mind to abandon Windows and HP and switch to MAC.

  • ...they have to get you off the phone in a certain amount of time to make more commission. people have hung up on me too. i've had experience just like this. there is customer service in the USA you have to look them up on google. when you did get that number i called and wanted the corporate number they always give me a fake number.

i've had Nothing but problems with HP customer service with multiple products. it is ridculous. ive written numerous letters and they don't do anything. ever.

  • and in latinoamerica are present

  • . I felt bad for many of the cust. many times they would be very upset and I would take it, but I had to cope with it, it was part of the job.... I worked from sep-dic.. and basically finish training late sept. So on Oct, and November I got 98.5 percent on best cust service... I left the job on the second week of December and it I had already tow 100 percent for each of the two weeks. So, I guess I was one of the few cust repts that actually cared for the custs.

  • I would also get many complaints about custs where they would tell me that they had called and someone just hanged up their call... this was because when cust repst transfer custs to the tech support team sometimes the system would drop the calls. It was out of our hands, were couldnt stop that from happening

  • have to send them to tech support. Why tech support? Well because they are the ones that do the refunds, they are authorize to refund the money from custs. There are occasions where the company's system would specify if there would be no tech support for a certain product, and there is when you offer a new product to customers.

  • They want a bonus on their paychecks so they would come up with all these excuses why custs had to get a new product. There was one occasion where I got a cust. that was calling regarding a printer he had just bought a few days back and he was told by a different rep that he needed a new printer. The cust. printer just needed a new disk for his new operating system. He told me he wanted to get a refund and his money back, so in those cases what cust reps do is that you

  • I lived in mexico for 5 months, so I got a job at a call center were Hp has customer service reps. Their training kind of sucks, you really don't learn anything about the products. We would basically go with what the website would explain about the product. I notice that many of the customer service reps are desperate to sell.

  • I just went thru the same basic problem. My problem was i ordered a new HP laptop to replace my old one. The sales guy recommended changing model #, so i did and the computer was BRONZE, , no problem it was a great computer, except you cant SEE the leters on the keys unless you are right over it , THere customer service SUCKS i was on the phone 4 different times and finally gave up and sent all the stuff back to them,, DONT BUT A HP BRONZE ,un less you dont need to look at keys

  • Yesand the same idea comes that if the customer service was so bad then most other people would do the same. My question would be when you went to return the unit what number did you call? Also If all there customer service is in India then how do you explain the corp office in California that has a customer service number for you to call?

  • Odd how if hp is that bad yet boasts that kind of profits. Curious must be the other people haven't had issues. Odd how that is *Sarcasm*

  • Like stated, there is nothing with the product, just the service. I have purchased from HP for years and never had a problem.

  • Upon completion of this video, I did receive a call from their escalation team, a supervisor actually. This was after sending numerous emails to HP's CEO. She informed me she was in the U.S. I received the same response from her but with actual empathy. She told me she would pass my information along to try and get it worked out and I still haven't heard from them. I was not told by anyone that there is/was a customer service number for the U.S. They don't give that out freely obviously.

  • @kcchiefskevin I work for HP Tech Support and I can assure you its not that HP has no customer service centers in the us, its the fact that tech support is not done by hp. Allow me to explain. We work for hp but get paid by a different company. The building I go to everyday is not called HP. So technically when you call , your jumping into a giant pool of buildings and could go anywhere. There just happens to be more of them overseas, which is unfortunate. Oh and Im not from the us. Go Canada

  • but i would have to say i agree with India not having a clue. It gets very frustrating, being a tech support agent, and having to deal with THEIR fuck ups.
