The MV makes perfect sense. The singer is a female and the title of the song tells u that it's from the perspective of the girl. The girl thinks that it's unfair that he broke up after the accident, so she was sad and blame the guy for not loving her. Then later on finding out that she was wrong and that he still loves her and gave her his eyes. It makes sense since in real life we don't see the reason for everything other than our own perspective.
