@lgarvey I'm guessing it's a signal for the best moment for changing gears. If you look closely you see the revs go down after the light flashes. That must be the moment when Tor changed the gear.

@DonDuracell Yeh I was thinking hard. It's not clutch, gear, etc. Maybe it lights up at a certain rev range, but why when there's a analogue rev meter?

@lgarvey It's the gear change light to help avoid hitting the redline. Common on all modern sportbikes.
