At least he could have issued warnings or evacuation order to the local counties. He must take care of all people, not only those in Taipei. He should resign. 這實在太扯了..... 我認為至少 在颱風來之前就警告他們做好準備.... 政府怎麼沒有作防颱的準備..... 我覺得馬英九是把責任推到很苦的民眾身上...
