Definitely not a "thick" WI accent. I've heard FAR more pronounced Wisconsin accents. He definitely brought out the 'er' and hard 'a' sound that characterizes the Wisconsin accent, though.

I don't know about THE thickest Wisconsin accent...but it's pretty fantastic.
