I just had to install the homebrew channel by using the bootmii file and the Smash Bros Brawl game (rented the game) b/c I accidentally upgraded my Wii. It worked great, now I want to be able to use some codes in the game I play; Animal Crossing City Folk. Will your instructions here work for that? I'm a newbie but followed the other's step by step and got HBC back so I figured I would try yours to get Gecko OS and use codes. Will it work for 4.3U? Thanks very much.

(It's on the cover of the game) Because if its PAL, these cheats won't work. These codes are meant for the NTSC version of Wii Play. You should search on internet for the PAL cheats, just like me, I've got the PAL version.

Okay, I download the codes to my dsktop then I open codemgr and open the txt file.... I select the ones I want.... The hack codes I have for New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and Metriod Prime 3: Corruption work.... But when I do everything tutorials say to do for Call of Duty Modern Warfare Reflex. Non ofthe codes work... Even if I am the host... Can someone please tell me if they know what's wrong. It's only MWR codes that don't work. All the other hacking codes work for other games.... Help?

if you get the code downloader app on the homebrew it does this auotmatically and its faster and it takes the codes from this site.

Gecko only worked with the real game. Backup game won't work unless your wii is premodded. You should use Ocarina instead. It worked fine for me, so I'm sure it'll works for you.

You need to put your sd card with all that stuff in the wii. The slot is in the front under the flap right under the disk slot.
