if your system version turn to 9.90 after installing the 5.50 gen

PRESS SELECT then choose usb device change memory stick to flash 0

connect your psp go to vsh folder/etc then open version.txt change release:9.90:build to release:5.50:build...

Hey where do you put the 5.50 pbp? and when i hold L when i put in the pandora battery ( its the one that has TOOL 3.6v 1800mAh) the green light stays like 1-5 seconds and turns off still. Help.

@Eon5654 : First of all did you correctly followed the steps to create the Magic memory stick? Second, rename the OFW to 550.pbp and paste it in the root of memory stick and GEN D fies should go in the PSP/GAMES/UPDATE folder

@TheFRunnerRC : It depends on what motherboard your slim has..TA-085v1 below should work..otherwise you need ChickHenR2 to run CFW....ChickHenR2 only runs on OFW 5.03 just FYI. XGen and M33 just the name of the Team Developers.

@Owlleen it will work on 2001. as long as you have mms, pandora battery, and motherboard should be TA-085 below. Just google on how to find out what motherboard you have for your PSP

Yes, but only on certain motherboards...otherwise you can brick your psp...so be sure before you do this...btw if you have 5.03 ofw.. you can run chickhenr2 and then install cfw enabler...it works for any psp
