I love how Matt joked about the kind of letter saying "Hope you do bad, I'm unemployed" and all that to the next Doctor, when the way Tennant's doctor left with the "I don't want to go" felt like he wasn't welcoming the next Doctor at all. Even though it was probably not Tennant's fault, after reading the script I would have asked RTD if he could have changed it to welcome the new Doctor with more open arms
