@Redribbo Get an adapter and run headphones out the "phones" port. I don't own an amp at the moment, and that's how I've been doing it.

POD X3 multi-effects the supposedly characterized by good distortion, but there are no files where they can get decent distortion, since most of tones to play with the loud sound very weak or does not distinguish the notes.

I who can not get a good tone for Metal or is podx3. if so please could make me retract

Hey.Thanx for videos.I have a problem with my GNX1 Digitech.My tone becomes very different  on every different stages in live playing.The tonemaister warns me about too much bass signal and its veryy difficult to adjust tone again.Is pod xt usefull and easy to use on live playing ?

nice playing but it still doesn't sound like a real amp. as great as technology is it still can not replace a pro player with a great guitar into a great amp in a pro studio.

i use guitar rig for practice because it's fast and easy but even after owning and trying a bunch of Line6 gear I wouldn't use any of it, or any other modeler,  live or for any important recording.

How do you get that warm fuzzy tone. Its like really warm and not bright, but mostly referring to the sonic properties of the tone itself. Is it mostly pickups or are you running it through some special effect. I notice petrucci, satriani, and all these other virtuosos have this same tone, and its not just the skill, because even passages that are dead slow and easy to sustain notes still have this lead sound. Any tips you can send my way will be payed forward. =)

I can hear difference between JP tone and this present. Overdrive is very simillar, guitar has different tone. But this is still good. How long have you tried to figure it out?

hola martin, tocas excelente.. una prgunta... se k no tines el live x3, pero basicamente keria saber,,,si llegases a ocupar efectos como estos para tocar en vivo, tendrian el peso real de la distorsion k emulan? pk he escuchado personas k dicen k suena muy ben pero solo en casa. y si tocas en vivo con un amplificador, y estas al lado de un amplia tubos no suena ni parecido y no tiene cuerpo.

@guitarralaraja es mejor conectarlo directo al pa(bocinas del equipo de sonido) ya que el pod simula amplificadores, no veo muy bien ke simules un amplificador en frente de un amplificador
