I can do that...BUT I am not a director so I can't upload 10 minute plus videos, because you have to change the grades of opacity and stuff like that, I just did the simple way which is a lot more straight forward.

You could blur it using Gaussian blur and then use a blur eraser to rub away any parts of the rainbow. That will be more realistic.
