I know it, but the problem is that it's probably the biggest imprecision from the English language, and it is a mistake made by British people adopted in the States. You can't call a single country with the name of a whole continent. People from the States should take take that meaning from their vocabulary. It's offensive to exclude all the countries south from the U.S and also Canada.
Hey I liked the video. Just one thing, at the very beginning you say you call any number in "America, Canada or Europe" I just hope you refer to the whole continent, otherwise you should have said United States.
