@bossman12334 My State says that its illegal for me to carry Balisongs (butterfly knives) and Autos, yet its ok for me to open or conceal carry a firearm. Its all kinda silly if you ask me. With Autos, there seems to be a bit of a gray area, because the law says "push" button, but some autos have more of a slider mechanism like the Benchmade Auto Axis. I have never carried a butterfly knife, because Im not good at flipping and would cut myself. However, I like autos just fine!
@007JoeVitto if u could carry a auto would u ? my state allows alllllllllllllll knives anything from a machete to a auto to a butterfly to a manual 19 inch folder :) im carrying my kershaw break out and a 3.5 inch folder right now and idk its a bit risky with a auto honestly i cant garuanteee its gunna open perfect every time
@bossman12334 Yeah, I've carried autos before. I've actually been carrying my Breakout a lot lately. If you aren't doing anything dumb and drawing attention to yourself you are usually fine in my State. Personally I feel for a defensive blade, you can't beat the wave opening on the Emerson's, unless you are carrying a fixed blade. Thanks, and take care.
