Anne did get enciente quite a few times but sadly she only produced Elizabeth to full term. like Catherine before her. Also Henry did have a son Henry Fitzroy to Bessie Blount. Henry basically needed to remove Anne once he decided to marry again. Time was running out due to his age and his maniac obsession for a boy. So he had Cromwell accuse her of incest, witchcraft etc to clear the way to marry and produce a legitimate male heir.

@babyjacky123 LOL-yup! It took 7 years. Henry always got what Henry wanted one way or another. It's a very interesting story behind this & was called Henry's 'Great Matter'. If you haven't seen the show 'Tudors' then you should if your interested in this story but fact check for historical accuracy as dramatic license was definitely taken in filming the show. However Showtime indeed made the story extremely 'fun':) You can find it on a site called TV LINKS. Click 'tv shows' & type in 'Tudors'.
