I watched Guiding Light from February of 1981 till Sept of 2009. Remember Dylan, Reva and Billys son? He was played by Morgan Englund fom 1989 to 1995, He is the son of Cloris Leachman. He is now a paramedic.
Kreisman's a show killer! GL then ATWT. But I can't be too mad when this theme's playing. It reminds me of a true golden age for GL--Doug Marland and the "Nola" era! Anyone who missed that should try and track down episodes. What a brillian period--nearly across the board.
i think I have great audio of this theme--the CBS affiiliate used to be on fm 87.9 in my town and I'd tape it off the "radio" telecast. THIS is my favorite music, even a little more than the next theme that Gail Kobe brought in that most think was the definitive version (83-86 version)
OMG!!! I love it. I laughed til I peed with that special thanks to New Jersey. Some of us will never get to see credits light this again. It's a shame.
I love that you used the "disco" era GL close. Nice!

@BruTube Thanks, I can't believe people are still watching this video after 3 years. lol
I felt the disco theme kind of went with the background.
